The hosts of BET’s 106&Park recently announced they will be leaving the show.  As a result, guest correspondents have been featured on the show so the producers can determine who would be a suitable replacement.  When I watch the guests on set they are confident, enthusiastic and ready to step into the role of permanent host of 106&Park.  However, when they are off camera and Iook into their eyes I see the uncertainty that plagues us all when we are in a new situation.
