John Ricard with @ JeremyCowart

I know this is a really cheesy shot.  But I’m a fan of Jeremy Cowart and it was an honor to host him in my studio recently.  Jeremy is a Nashville based commercial photorapher who does great work.  He’s also the founder of Help Portrait – a charity that gives a free portrait session to people going through tough times.  When he tweeted that he was looking to do a Help Portrait shoot in NYC and was looking for assistance, I offered the use of my studio. 

I had a chance to chat with Jeremy a bit as well as watch him interract with the subjects.  It was a great experience for me and I’m pleased to report that Jeremy was very gracious and appreciative of my donating the space to Help Portrait for the day.
