Banana Bungalow hostel, Los Angeles. #Leica

I caught these ladies on the balcony above hostel where I was staying in LA last month.  The downstairs is the $25 a night shared room hostel.  Upstairs is the so very luxurious $80 a night private rooms.  You’d think everyone staying there would be total snobs and that they’d want no dealings with the peasants below, but that wasn’t the case. I ventured from my lowly hostel to their heavenly hotel and asked permission to take their photo.  Although they were from Germany and had trouble understanding some of what I was saying, they were willing to have me photograph them.
